URBAN LAKEFRONT #SPOONIEVISION. It literally took me a year and a wheelchair to get to #TrilliumPark by #LakeOntario, and the wait was worth it. The park is entirely #WheelchairAccessible, with gentle slopes and smooth asphalt paths. ID: The video opens with a view of shoes with flora embroidery, perched on grey rocks. I had the pleasure this past summer of practicing yoga outside on the waterfront in #trilliumpark in #toronto with this little guy! . . The importance of getting outside, connecting with others and with nature are so important to our mental wellbeing. We can become very disconnected sitting behind our screens and the world can seem very small. Connecting with an individual , a community (and of course your canine), gives perspective and reminds us how small we really are in this great world. But also how integral of a part we can play in it if we chose to participate. . . Broaden your horizons, expand your network and hug a tree. We are blessed to be alive and have the privilege of opportunity...don’t waste it! Step out from behind your screen and live! . . .....and on that note, I’m signing off to take this little guy for a walk in the park. . .
