Hello ppl!
We took a while, but hey! We got updates for the sparkling of Optimus & Skyfire!
The name is
✨✨✨ Antares Three✨✨✨
Antares is a very red bright beautiful star from the Scorpion constellation. The name should means something like "that opposes Ares" or " rival to Ares" (bc of his position in the sky, but you could deduce that we choose this name 'cause give a strong vibes of 'the one who opposes to war'). The star also had many different name in different ancient cultures, with meanings like "the Hero and the King", "The Vermillion Star" or "the Creator of Prosperity" or (very cool) "the Heart of the Scorpion".
I love how I've splatted colours and then got myself saying: "Oh, is a fraggin hotwheels."
Antares spark is big in all means: he doesn't enjoy fighting but, regardless, is quite a natural when has to protect friends, family and innocents. He's not the one who throws into action, but if he thinks somebody is in trouble, nothing can stop him. Given that he's pretty much fearless and strong, he can easily miscalculate danger if triggered (aka if somebody is in danger). He's good in melee, but not a great aim: so he secretly was helped by Starscream to modify his right Energun and used it as short gun bayonetta (named Bye-yo! Netta- name not Staescream approved), letting his transformer blade fusing with the gun. He usually use this for fun and small competition, but is quite devastating weapon if used for real fight.
Also, he really, really really likes humans (something like Jazz) and sometimes he sneaks out ot the Autobot's base to compete in Monster Truck competitions, or enjoy concerts and movies at open-air, usually attracting many humans since he's a fancy Monster Truck and this actually teases his vain side. For those moments, he developed a fake pilot similar to Arcee, in order to not being identified.
Bonus: sparkling version
Anyway, after chatting and planning, me and GF decided to go for all for the third sparkling and give actually the triple charge ability, with a ground, a sky and a sea alt form.
First and most used alt mode is the Monster Truck ground vehicle, inspired by the Classroom Crusher vehicle. A Badass school bus in the end XD
The second is a Beluga Airbus or Airbus A300-600ST. I really like your suggestions and Beluga won our hearts. I think that *ahem* break quite his "cool pose" and a Decepticon pursued first by the Monster Truck and then from this Giant Friendly Face... Well, surely is something different. But similar to Windrider, surely he would be really useful for transporting other mech on battlefields.
And for 3rd alt version we actually go for the Hydrofoil! Fast fast cool ship! I found and choose this "DSC COMETA 35M FLYING DOLPHIN" which I think is a cool yacht (ah, the things I'll see only in this kind of post or in my drawings). Just have to add some yellow or flaming painting somewhere XD.
