i didn’t either! i’ve gone on this whole odyssey reading about them since i saw it, lmao. apparently some people brought a few over in either the 1890s or 1910s, and they like temperate winters, so they stayed. it’s surreal to meet a creature in real life when you’ve only seen them in internet cute-animal pics before.

I, okay. So. A lot of complaints about jobs are... about the customers and I have to be honest. The customers are not the problem. The problem is my anxiety. I was only on the register for an hour, the customers were all SUPER nice and understanding. Honestly, the customers I have dealt with have all been nice and understanding?
(I do have a name tag that says I am in training.)
And it was a light day, not super light, but... not heavy. Not the 20+ lines there are on weekends, the lines only ever got about 5 people deep.
Also, everyone at ON is super nice. The workers are all just... nice to my face. I have no idea what they are like behind my back but, you know, nice to my face.
Honestly, the hellish part was the fact that I had to wake up at 5 in the morning and interact with people. After two days of waking up at 1. Also my anxiety, which we’ll ignore.
I mean we’ll see how nice they are after I call off work on Sunday. Because I’d like to celebrate my mother’s birthday, I was only informed part-way through this week we would be celebrating it at Sunday dinner (if we were doing it on her birthday I could make it, even on Thanksgiving...) but I have posted it on the shift trading app and I did talk to one of the managers about it, so they know it is coming.

Omg, my first play through was the first time I’ve ever played a dragon age game. Bethany and Leandra died and I couldn’t romance Fenris because I missed the flirt queues... My Hawke was alone.

I’m having THE MOSt fun. too much fun. ILLEGAL amounts of fun!!! Lifeline was my main til I unlocked Mirage (I usually Bangalore when someone snipes Mirage lol) but I love them both soooooooooo much! But yea, it definitely took some getting used to cuz I couldn’t hit, let alone kill a damn thing when I started but now I’m pretty decent. I’m... completely obsessed for better or worse
