The snows properly caught up with us today. The girls will be delighted as Felix’s school is closed due to the weather. They get to play with their big bro lots today ☺️Though I’m sure Felix will want a break at some point 😳. I think a snowball fight for Felix and I when the girls nap later is a must! We’ve been taking the girls paediatricians advice to stay away from public places during RSV season. This is due to their suppressed immunity following a premature birth at 29 weeks gestation. We couldn’t take any risks after nearly losing Amelie to Paraflu. So we are really excited about Spring coming and being ‘allowed out’. Meanwhile, we took a stroll out in our cul de sac to get some fresh air. And what do you do when it’s chilly? Nap time bottle. I should be really fit, up and down the stairs to put Maya-Albertine, Amelie and Etta to bed. Four times at night with Felix. But I’m not! The girls are still on milk for premature babies as they’re still so small for their age. Little Maya-Albertine is in 6-9 months clothes at 16 months old, though she’s 13 months corrected, due to being born at 29 weeks gestation. She will always be a bit smaller because she was fed less when born due to her heart condition. She will catch up one day.
