Jade was born into a small family, the only child of two only children. With no grandparents to speak of, nor siblings to play with, the weird and quirky Jade also had trouble making friends. Their time by them-self was made more interesting when at twelve, they developed magical abilities. Never having friends that lasted makes it hard for Jade to commit to any type of relationship or even task, making them a somewhat unreliable companion.

Wes went from a cocky almost carefree guy, with a penchant for flirting with everyone in sight, to closed off and reckless. He failed a duty he was supposed to perform, due to his own negligence, and it hit him hard. Now on a rampage to take out anyone and anything that threatens good again.
If you aren’t on the side of good, he wants nothing to do with you

He still will charm his way into places, but now it’s just for information.
If he’s flirting with you it’s because you know something he wants to know.
He will show no mercy to people and creatures he deems evil or unfit.
Quinn’s father is a demon, but despite knowing who and what he was, his mother never acted like her son was anything different from perfect. This got harder as he got older and the pull of evil started getting stronger. Quinn doesn’t want to let this side rule him.
He’s literally the most loyal dude if you give him a chance.

sandy fell madly in love with a demon when she was in middle school. they were best friends first and finally decided to pursue a relationship behind their parents' backs. things got really serious really fast and on sandy's sixteenth birthday, their daughter teagan was born. when teagan was just a few weeks old, sandy's one true love expressed his love for the both of them and fled, never to return again. sandy knows he did it to keep their little girl safe, but she misses him dearly
she's pretty in tune with her powers, but sometimes things get messy and if she stresses out enough, the ground shakes, the lights flicker and the occasional vase flies across the room
sandy will do anything to keep her little girl out of harm's way. she doesn't allow her daughter to use her powers outside their house, but if you see a random child blink in and out of nowhere, it's probably teagan
sandy has told teagan the dangers of being a magical child, especially being part witch and part demon, but she fears that she doesn't completely understand and she doesn't have the heart to tell her little girl that there are people that would take pride in killing her just to have her as a trophy
sandy's a little all over the place. she's a hyper person (she's practically still a kid herself)

she can't stand hearing people talk about how stupid teenagers are when they get pregnant, because she was a teen mother and she did right by her baby and is a good mother today
although she may have a different opinion than someone else, she doesn't make anybody feel like their opinion is invalid or unimportant. she respects everyone's opinion whether she agrees with it or not
she's not someone to judge. she won't judge a demon for being a demon, since she knows demons can be good natured, loving beings

did I just see MATTHEW DADDARIO walking down the street? no, that’s just DEREK HOLLIS, the TWENTY NINE year old WHITELIGHTER. from what I’ve heard, HE can be EMPATHETIC && BENEVOLENT, but also rather PESSIMISTIC && OVER PROTECTIVE, which may be why they’re considered to be on the side of GOOD. rumor has it they’re hiding THEY’RE FALLING IN LOVE WITH A CHARGE, but who knows how long it’ll stay hidden. tw: parental death , depression
alright so derek was born in ontario , canada & was raised there until he was 9 !
his father was killed at war shortly before derek turned 14
his mom went into a deep depression , having lost the love of her life
derek spent a lot his time from 14 - 25 taking care of his mother
after he graduated high school ( as valedictorian ! woo hoo ! ) he did go to college , but he only took night school , having to work a full time and a part time job to support his mother and himself !
his mom always was trying to work towards being positive , and her constant reassuring that she was going to get better , kind of made him into a pessimist . bc he could no longer ? trust that what she said was what she was going to DO .
so when he was 27 , he was walking home & saw a mugging happening . he went to go interrupt & didn’t realize that they had a gun , immediately killing him !
so he was so consfused , being a realist / pessimist he couldn’t believe ? that he was able to get a second chance at living ?
being that he was always so protective and caring of his mom , he was happy that even though he couldn’t directly talk to her / take care of her , that he knew she was okay
currently , stupidity , developed feelings for a charge ( um kill HIM ) and he has no clue what he’s going to do about it : )

she was not long for this world and passed away as an infant only a few months later
given the date of her birth, it can be no surprise that her soul was chosen by the veteran cupids to become a messenger cherub
she quickly climbed the ranks to become a full fledged cupid by the time she was eighteen
she stopped aging when she turned twenty-five, as it was deemed the best age for her given the age range of charges she was chosen for
while she does call the Cupid’s Temple home, she also has a place for herself in San Francisco for when she needs a break from her own kind
the past few years she’s been spending more and more time there, as the lack of love in her own life has led the company of fellow cupid’s and their stories to feel suffocating
