Make a nest in your bed with plushies and objects you like! Curl your blankets into a circle and place pillows around the edges to make an easy nest!
Take warm/hot baths! It may sound dumb, but it can make it feel as if the heat of fire is brewing inside you, plus, its super calming!
Listen to fire ambience when sleeping in your nest! It can feel as if you're sleeping in your firey cave.
Kinda obvious, but buy a tail and wings! You can also find some really cool scale-gloves on Etsy made of metal that come in various colors! The gloves even have claws!
