Our Christmas tree was gifted to us our first year by my aunt Susette and uncle Jon. We were so super excited that it came pre-lit! It has served us well these last 4 years. At first I was upset that the lights were white, but the lack of color grew on me because then the ornament colors had A chance to shine. When I set up our tree earlier for this Christmas season, we noticed that a section of lights are no longer working. At first I thought I could deal with a partially-lit tree, but this bare patch bothers me more and more every day. What a silly and trivial thing to get upset about! Looks like we'll either need to get a new tree, or struggle with setting lights in the branches. #firstworldproblems #brokenlights #happyChristmas #trivialthings
