The way they set up their cooling table is how you got the accident stuff in there. which fucking sucks because they should have caught that. You can call and say “Hey you guys messed up my pan pizza/cheesy bread can I get a remake/credit?”
Oh, yeah, I’ve been working in the food industry ranging from fast food to fine dining for about fifteen years now, so I knew immediately how it happened. But I’m also one of those people who is FASTIDIOUS about preventing cross contamination when at work, so I get extra annoyed when it happens to me, because it’s not difficult, it just requires a little bit more attention.
I’ve tried that with Dominos before--they forgot to put the pineapple on my pizza before cooking it and tossed it on after it came out of the oven which was disgusting--and their reaction was basically to tell me ‘that sucks’ and then ignore me, so it’s not really worth the aggravation to me of having to deal with that with little chance of actually getting anything out of it. *shrug emoji*

UGH my company recently changed our veggie patties from house made to a frozen black bean. We’ve been out of the black bean for weeks because of shipping issues so everytime someone rings in a veggie burger we tell them “Make sure they know they’re not getting the black bean burger” so many customer complaints. God damn it.
oh, we still get people ringing in things that have been off the menu for MONTHS
