Thinking about ilip with his fur all matted together and bloodied and no one taking care of him :( and he doesn't really think to groom himself properly so he just walks around with painful tangles & knots in his fur. Ok let's all be sad

In my head the Null is kinda like the backrooms. It's like. a layer below every world. Maybe there's even rare gaps through which you can fall into it. But unlike the backrooms it's just a big black emptiness unless someone actively brings something in/builds smth there. it's completely flat, so if there was no obstruction, you could kind of see forever to the limits of your vision, but there's a constant smog of darkness in the air that prevents you seeing too far, which makes it hard to navigate between locations in there, since there's no landmarks either.
I also imagine over time, things decay a lot faster than in actual reality unless they're maintained or interacted with, especially if they're not surrounded by other non-Null things. Like, a room built there would last a while, especially if people are visiting and using it, but a random rock you leave between places to mark the way would be gone so fast, everything just decays even if it wouldn't normally.
There's nothing native to the Null.

do you guys think if Tf!Ros and Tr!Ros meet, Tf!Ros just looks at her and wonders what she even sees in Tr!Aimsey? LMAOAOAOOAO
Some of us never left The Realm and it shows
i fear we're never leaving this building
i do think it is fascinating how the birth of a human, the lack of choice of being alive and a person and in this body, is the moment they are stripped from their autonomy the most. It pretty much is the one thing entirely out of our control. Because it is not our choice. We are puppets to greater forces and beings and that is our so called gift of life.
And for the rest of our lives we are chasing after freedom. Trying to rid us of any shred of this utter lack of autonomy. We will bend, buckle and break. In a way, this is earths way of keeping things in balance. We are creatures entirely driven by a deep desperation for autonomy, almost like a curse.
This search and desire is the cost/price of our existence and at the same time it is our consolation for the horror that is birth.
If i think about tr!lukey in this sense, it becomes more bitersweet. I think of him, lost and without any recollection of his memories, being thrusted into a world and a life he did not choose. Into a personhood that could not be more estranged from him or his autonomy. A child of this realm in the truest sense, because what else was his appearance, if not a birth. If not someone deciding he should have a life and be a person.
And in this infancy to this world, put onto him by a greater being he once considered his closest friend, he struggles with the curse of all humanity. The fight for autonomy. With an allconsuming desire and need and yearning for it. Above all, above tr!pangi or tr!aimsey, above the green faction and even above the Cure, his greatest strive was for autonomy. A freedom he does not even recognize.
And is it not both a gift and a curse to him? A release from captivity and torture and doom? A psychological torment and ultimate spiral towards insanity? Does it not cause him immense harm?
And then i wonder if that is part of his suicidal tendencies? Because his suicide has always been about abandonment and lack of autonomy. But i wonder, if on a deeper level, this was a way of balancing. A way of making up for the overstepping of newt. For undoing the horrors that have been caused by the blank space, clean slate tr!lukey had become. Something that was not about the cure or the corruption or any other greater force, but only about him. His choice.
