The mangosteen is possibly the cutest fruit I have ever seen. While it may look like a food out of Dr. Seuss, after you crack one open, you’ll see just how delicious the reality of it is.
Pho Cuon Rolling Noodle Truc Bach Island and Ngu Xa street in particular are famous for their local dish, “pho cuon”. It’s basically a spring roll that uses an uncut pho noodle as a wrapper instead of rice paper. And the results are pho-nomenal. Yes, I went there.
