Webcomics Pt 1- True Magic

Okay, so I am a HUGE webcomics fan. Recently, I found one called True Magic, and let me tell you, it lives up to its name!

Okay, so basically it's a fantasy comedy, with a HUGE helping of love and friendship thrown in. The main characters are Henson (the kinda leader), Bob (the smart one), Kiku (the loyal, slightly insane one), Jen (the terrifying badass), and Joe (Jen's brother and inventor).

They live in a world where the nobles all have cool fire-powers (that they really don't deserve) and rule the peasants with an iron fist. The peasants aren't allowed to have weapons, and the nobles constantly use then for target practice. When the nobles from a prestigious academy start terrorizing our heroes town, they find out that its listed as one of the activities of the school's brochure thing. They (Henson) decides to must have been a mistake, so they set out to try to talk to the headmaster. Well, Henson wants to talk. Joe probably wants to stage an uprising.

The art is beautiful, and the author is extremely dedicated and funny. This comic had been running for 11 years since the reboot, so 16 years total.

The amount of character depth and development is stunning, and theres a huge archive to get through before you have to back to anxiously waiting for it to update on Tuesday!
