Here are crocheted replicas of 8 spotted crab spiders, Platythomisus octomaculatus, as a juvenile and a mature. They are made for @marks_tarantulas who recently has acquired one. It's a juvenile and the coloration is more light but hopefully it will grow and become a mature spider showing the beautiful coloration. The replicas are connected to the flower with magnets that I have sewed in on two of leaves. The flower has been glued on an ordinary fridge magnet where I have used tiny super magnets for the replicas and inside the leaves because they are strong enough to be able to connect with each other even there's a layer of crocheted yarn between them.
