Powder Blue Uniforms are not stranger to MLB in fact in 1941 the Cubs were the first team to wear a Powder Blue Road Jerseys, it lasted for 2 seasons, the Brooklyn Dodgers experimented with Satin Powder Blue Uniform in 1944, and the white sox revived it in 1964. The modern day powder blue uniforms first appeared in 1969 when the two new expansions the Montreal Expos and Seattle Pilots wore powder blue road uniforms and during the 70's and 80's teams like the Phillies & Rangers were among the teams that wear powder blue road uniforms and by 1980 and 1981 there were 11 teams wearing the powder blue but in 1991 only the expos and the royals were still wearing it and the following year made the switch ending the powder blue era. #NewEra #NewEraCap #TruetoFitted #ThisIsTheCap #MLB #MLBCap #UCCGPH #TeamFitted #CapCollector #CapCollection #CapCollections #PowderBlue #WhiteSox #Chicago #ChicagoWhiteSox #ChiTown #WindyCity #TheSecondCity #GoGoSox #MyHatClub #TBT https://www.instagram.com/p/BnpwjjlgkgD/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=10qilzh78o7tw
