Picked these up from Zie at Perth Kitchen Hire in Scarborough (when she wasn’t at the usual Mt Claremont Farmers Market) two weeks ago. Could taste the unmistakeable unique, subtle earthy truffle in the truffle chantilly; orange frangipane in the crumbly tart shell. Love the Choux.
