I did watch the celluloid closet today and the white man who said the n word (hard r) out loud on camera and then explained how the use of the word faggot is actually worse bc while only racists and black people use the n word ( and that guy obv) anyone can use faggot to be derogatory- I - white gay men just say anything and the way the production clearly agreed, left it in , and edited a whole sizzle reel to back him up was crazy !!! Like black gay people don’t exist help 😭 3 stars bc of what it’s done for my letterboxd but that was crazy! Oh also the woman who wrote cabaret saying how they didn’t know how good they had it in the 50s before the “ race war” 😂alsjfnfngnggngngngngn I -
