My favourite little tidbits from the Logan livestream last week 💙🖤
Logan did teach us about ‘factoids’ in his POF Lowdown but tbf there were so many facts and statistics in that episode it’s difficult to keep track of them all 😅

i had this funny mental image of this happening and by the power of peer pressure i ended up sketching out why this might look like
took me like 30 minutes
Hey guys about the patreon,
if you CAN afford Thomas's patreon,
DO NOT go out of your way to harass fanders and say they aren't 'true fans if they can't afford it'. That is EVIL. Down right EVIL. I cannot begin to explain how evil and rude that is. You have no clue what someone's financial situation is. You have no clue and are not entitled to know why someone can't afford that patreon. Don't be an ass.
If you CAN'T afford Thomas's Patreon,
DO NOT go out of your way to harass those fanders and call them sellouts. You do not get to dictate or GUILT people for what they do with their money. It is literally just people tipping an artist, guys. Imagine going to a coffee shop, and the barista makes you the most delicious cup of coffee you have ever had in your life. You want to tip him. But when you reach into your pocket and pop some cash in the tip jar, some rude ass Karen behind you starts HOWLING at you because he took so long to make the drink and therefore, doesn't deserve to be paid extra. DON'T. BE. A. KAREN. IN. THE. COFFEE SHOP. Don't be an ass.
No matter your opinion on the Patreon, there are bigger stupider things to argue about on the internet over one man's patreon. Be nice. Be respectful. Don't be an ass.
Okay but I haven't seen anyone talking about Janus' belt in the bts footage from the patreon plug at the end of the video
Sorry, I just love the new little addition to the wardrobe
i love dorky janus so much holy shit
“im not sure if im being too cryptic *explains own sarcasm*”
“mAYBE I AM A GOD”
There I am, boys
On one hand I like the idea of fans participating in the writing process. I am a fanfic writer and it makes me happy that my thoughts can be heard.
On the other hand, I am worried about jerks that might spill spoilers based on what information they’ve been given on the scripts.
As soon as I heard that fans would be able to help, I was really worried.... It’s not that I don’t trust the fans to be amazing writers, because I know they are, it’s just that it seems to go against everything that the series has been about up until this point.
Joan has brought up the fact that they avoid the fandom just so that their ideas don’t get influenced by fan ideas. It worries me that the story Thomas, Joan, and the other writers have in mind will not get to be fully produced how they want it to be. They have asked for a lot of money from these patreon writers, so of course theyre going to have to listen to their ideas. I mean their names are literally being written under the writing credits for the show...
Idk.. it all just kind of seems off to me. I love fanon and I love canon, but I don’t really think I want them to be mixed... (also is anyone else weirded out that people are literally paying a huge amount of money per month to essentially work for the team?)
i will get patreon today that is a threat
