ugh the day 1989 came out was so rough for me.....I needed to pick my pal up from the airport early so I got to walmart at 5 am so I could listen to 1989 on the drive. Walmart lady says, "What album? We have no album here." I'm like, "Listen binch, i have been counting down for MONTHS, i think i know when her album is coming out." The lady goes, "All albums always come out on Tuesdays. There are no albums coming out today." Me: "Listen, i absolutely know that, but taylor swift lives by her own set of rules, i don't know what to tell you." I see a walmart sign advertising the 1989 album near us. I point frantically. "That's the album! THAT album!" Lady gets closer to read the sign. She appears triumphant and says, "See, it says Tuesday! It comes out Tuesday." Me, reading the sign, anger boiling inside me, "It says Tuesday the 27th." Lady stares at me. I continue. "TODAY IS MONDAY THE 27TH." I walked out of that store without the album that morning. Target came through for me around noon. That was a rough day.
