Custom toddler memory of learning the nursery rhyme with automatic delivery!
Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays all you lovely Sims people! I wanted to post something as a gift, and what better than a family-oriented mod on this family-oriented holiday? :)
I do not understand why EA suddenly decided to break with previous format for toddler skills, and only make the adult remember teaching the nursery rhyme to a toddler. If the kid remembers who taught them to talk, why wouldn't they remember who taught them to sing?
Thanks to the wonderful teachings of DiLight in their tutorial on making your own custom memories I learned how to make custom memories, and one of the first I made was one for the toddlers who learn the nursery rhyme. This past week I decided to try and tackle having it given automatically, and I was able to get it to work, yay! Thank you to whoward at @picknmixsims for helping figure out why the first version did not link the correct teacher Sim :) So on offer for you today I have the custom memory, and the mod that alters the nursery rhyme memory code to give both Sims a memory. The memory comes in English and Swedish text. Happy to add text for other languages if you provide a translation for your language :)

Will only conflict with other mods that alter the memory bhav in nursery rhyme code, which seems unlikely unless the mod does the same thing in which case you don't need mine :)
The memory can also be assigned manually with my version of DiLight's custom memory object. I am hoping to post that very soon, so if you have toddlers that already learned the nursery rhyme that you wish you could give the memory to as well, stay tuned :) If you are impatient, I recommend the tutorial linked above. It has everything you need to set up your own object that you can assign the memory with :)
