The Sims 3: Japanese Convenience Store "Konbini" (20 x 20 Community Lot)

Hooray for the "konbini," a staple in every Japanese neighborhood—even in the Sims 3!

Years ago, I shared photos of a convenience store build I did for my Mayumachi town project. I know several people have asked to download it since then. Thank you for your patience!

⚠️ WARNING: This lot is extremely CC heavy. Therefore, it's a large folder to download. Sorry! 😭 I included two versions of the lot in this download: one fully decorated, and one with furniture only. If your game struggles with lag, I recommend installing the furniture-only version and then decorating the lot yourself.

All CC is included in package format.

Anyway, this is another contemporary Japanese home build for the Mayumachi town project. 10 x 15 lots are probably my favorite to work with. Despite the limited size, there are so many ways you can maximize such a small space!

Another Sims 3 Speed Build video is up! This time, we're making an apartment building on a very small lot. I love the repetitiveness of making buildings like these. It's very relaxing.

Now that the editing in CAW is finally complete, I can place the buildings.

古い建物が多く残る田舎町です。

It is a rural town with many old buildings remaining.

郵便ポストもありましたが、1960年代後半の日本なので今回は使用しませんでした。

There was also a post box, but since this was Japan in the late 1960s, we didn't use it this time.

追加した土地です。日本によくある河川敷のグラウンドです。

This is the newly added land. It is a riverbed ground, which is common in Japan.

「日暮谷町」は観光を主な産業としています。

Tourism is the main industry in Higuredani Town.

今回、整地したので新しく建てました。海水浴場です。

This time, the land was leveled and the topography changed, so a new bathing beach was built.

建物が古いので、未舗装の道路に変更して1940年代でもいいかもしれません。

The building is old, so maybe we could change it to an unpaved road and make it 1940s.

空の町をシェアしたいのでFrankensonnetさんに連絡したのですが、返事がないです。(Tumblrを止めたのかもしれません。)

I contacted Frankensonnet to share the empty town, but I haven't heard back. (Maybe she quit Tumblr.)

うーん。こうなったら、新しく作るべきか・・・

150 Followers Gift: Ichijo (15 x 10 Residential Lot for The Sims 3)

Thank you for 150+ followers! ⭐ I can't believe so many people are interested in my little TS3 world-building journey, but I'm glad you've joined me.

It took a while, but here we are: my first lot download! Ichijo is a small 15 x 10 house designed to fit in the tiny streets of Mayumachi (but of course could go anywhere you want). The lot is a perfect starter home and is unfurnished except for bathroom appliances.

I'm back!

It's been a while, hasn't it? A lot has happened since I went on an unofficial hiatus of sorts.

The biggest update? I got married! 🥰

Considering all the planning I had to do for the wedding, it's no wonder I haven't had time to play TS3! We all had such a great time though, so it was worth it.

As we get closer to the winter holidays, work is slowing down, and I'll have more time to get back into my Sims world.

To my fellow Simblrs who helped me test that residential lot a thousand years ago, thank you for your help and your patience!!! It will be available for public download soon. 🙂
