Started a new Sunset Valley, and here are some of the first makeovers! Claire Ursine (my beloved) will be the focus of this save ^^

I was determined to maintain the original vibe and color palette of each townie. No radical changes – just a touch of flair to elevate their natural charm. Features stayed untouched, except for a little CC replacing default moles and freckles. Now, for Donia. Being an elder in a 1920s-inspired town, I couldn't help but let my creativity roam back a few more decades – a nod to an era when she would have been a young adult in the late 19th century. Thank you to everyone who put out a suggestion, sorry I couldn't do them all! Had a blast doing it!! I will defienetly do it again!!

My Gunther and Cornelia makeovers!

My main changes: For Gunther I did not want to keep his hat or facial hair. I changed some of his facial structure and added some beauty marks to his face as I thought it made him look a bit more handsome. (Even though he is already handsome lol) For Cornelia I changed her facial structure heavily. With her lips and eye area being the most different.

You can see in the photos that I did change their clothing, but I kept the inherent black and purple gothic theme.

The main things I kept were their eye color and hair color. (Mostly anyways.) I slightly changed the tone of Gunther's hair, but I kept it brown.

I had fun with them! Next, I am probably going to do either the Landgraabs or the Altos... 💜

Ocean Vista - No CC makeover

This is the Frio house in Sunset Valley, and I of course notice only now that I didn’t think about taking a picture in the same angle as the before pic. But trust me, it looks better. 

Fully remodeled, fully furnished, 3 bed 2 bath, a jacuzzi and a fire pit.

I have all EPs and SPs except Katy Perry and Movies stuff, and I used A LOT of Store content in the furnishing. My Store content is in package and decrappiefied. Other than that, this is CC free! 

It was playtested and works fine, EXCEPT for the wardrobe in the biggest downstairs room. I stacked two dressers on top of one another and it makes it unusable, but I love the look, there are other dressers on the lot and you don’t even need one to change.

I had a lot of fun making this over! I kept the shape of the house, just “refined” it with more pillars and bumps-in (does that exist? Sorry, I’m french).

I also kept the bedrooms on the first floor, cause I thought it added character to the house and made it different. I added an entryway directly on the second floor terrace though, that takes you into the kitchen and living room.

I went for what is in my head a 70′s modern vibe, with lots of orange that I took from the original house, and blue because of the name Ocean Vista. It is a lot pricier than the original, but it makes no sense anyway that broke sims would live in the seafront houses, so I just went with it and decided that the Frio brothers have a successful interior designer for a mom. But I’m not sure about the living room, I think it’s a bit loud lol.

The house is a bit party-oriented, but I removed the keg I had on the terrace cause they were drinking all the freaking time. I also left some room on the second floor terrace for a dance rug.

They go in the jacuzzi all the freaking time too, but I left it anyway. 

There is the smallest garden because there was one already and Connor has one point in gardening.

I am quite proud in some of the decorating, but I’m the worst at taking pictures, and anyways there wasn’t enough room left for more pics.
