It really was such a beautiful morning!!

It was so nice to spend the morning celebrating Mailee with others who lover her as much as I do! <3

The girls were having such a blast playing today! Everyone especially enjoyed the grass...that sounds so strange.. but their giggles where plentiful and filling the air around us. I am so lucky to have gotten to spend the day with these kiddos!

This is the attitude I get when I tell her she has to wait for her friends to have a cupcake.

“But mama... I should try to make sure they are good..”

I stood firm and eventually she was off playing and waiting for her friends to arrive.

Though... pretty sure there was one missing later..

I am so thankful for my life right now. While it isn’t perfect, it’s pretty wonderful! I have a loving boyfriend who came into the relationship knowing I had children and that my children are my life. Never once has he fought that nor questioned it. He has embraced Wyatt and Hendrix without so much of a hesitation even.

My children are by no means angels but they are my world. They are so loving, intelligent and creative beings and I am so proud to have created them.

I’m certain that I was born to be their mama!

When the babies are napping we watch chick-flicks and take selfies! hahaha!

It’s probably terribly silly how excited I am that I got him to sit up for a good 45 seconds! He even managed the grip on his toy hammer for a short while. I can’t believe how big he is getting!!! 4 months crept up on me way way too fast, can I rewind the clock and slow it down just a little bit please??? This boy is just a world of sunshine and he brightens my life continuously. He really recognizes his grandpa and Mailee now and is always so happy to see them both.

Hendrix is rolling over and he is fascinated by textures! He’s hit himself with his toys a few times and I swear he gives me this look like I did it!! He cries a little then goes back to playing which is cute.
