So, the mansion belongs to the Capp family. It features three floors, large front and back yards, chill-out zones, numerous bedrooms and bathrooms, a ballroom, a throne room, a kitchen, a dining room, and living areas.

The front yard is equipped with alleys for the thoughtful strolls of our aristocrats. The backyard includes a pool area and skill-building zones for chess and painting.

The first floor accommodates a kitchen, a dining room, a ballroom, a throne room, restrooms, spacious hallways, and patio areas with sofas and a card table.

The second floor houses two spacious bathrooms with jacuzzis and four bedrooms: two are assigned to the playable characters, while the other two are vacant, awaiting guests or a butler.

The third floor is completely dedicated to the leaders of the dynasty. It features two bedrooms with private en-suite bathrooms and studies.

The lot is designed in a lavish, luxury style.

Rebuild Ondarion | Giardino Del Grandioso

So, I’ve created two versions of this lot for you to choose from. The first one, which we are going to look at right now, is a prestigious equestrian club for the aristocrats of Ondarion. In addition to the equestrian club, it also features a winery with nectar storage cellars and tasting rooms.

The property includes a swimming pool, stables, the winery, an archery and dummy training area, plenty of beautiful alleys, and a llama enclosure (the rich have their quirks, so we have llamas instead of peacocks).

On top of all that, I’ve designed lounge areas where our aristocrats can watch horse races or training sessions, chat, and enjoy a few drinks.

I’ll share more gameplay ideas and a detailed overview of the lot in the Ondarion video tour, as this place turned out to be super packed with features and incredibly atmospheric for gameplay.

The second option is a residential palace lot for an aristocratic family. It also includes a swimming pool, stables, a winery, an archery and dummy training area, plenty of beautiful alleys, a llama enclosure (the rich have their quirks, so we have llamas instead of peacocks), and a memorial area to place the urns of your deceased Sims.

The property features two floors and a tower. As always, there is a throne room, a ballroom, a kitchen, a dining room, bedrooms, bathrooms, and living areas. I designed this lot specifically for a family that includes grandparents, parents, and two children. And this makes it absolutely perfect for generational gameplay!

La Vivace

The building has 4 floors and was built as a venue for balls and social events for aristocrats. It features a ballroom, bar and food court areas, restrooms, private rooms for men's and women's clubs, and rooftop access. The interior is designed in a lavish, opulent style.

Lakeview Apartments 12 \ 13

They can be found as rooms in the gallery; search for them using the #ondarion tag. Before installing them, remove the apartment from the EA to avoid overlapping items. Alto lives in the green apartment, and the Monty family lives in the beige one.

Restaurant and Hotel Renaissance

"Discover "Renaissance": two exclusive rooms captivating with their sophistication and an extravagant restaurant that turns every Italian dinner into an event. A harmony of style and taste in picturesque Bellacorde."

This lot is a multi-lot where you can roleplay a cafe, bar, restaurant, or vacation rental. In my game, I always use a restaurant, as the characters in the cafe cosplay mountain goats jumping from one table to another. The hotel offers two rooms with two double beds and two bathrooms. The restaurant has a cafeteria area, a rooftop bar, and the restaurant itself.
