Harley Quinn and her weird "friends."
idk if ANYONE here is a DC fan but this is my DC OC Hannah Winters. She's probaly my favorite OC I made along with Aelenor, I just have a special attachment to her. DC overall is probaly the most important media to me along with ASOIAF. Her basic premise, she used to be a member of the League of Assassins with her older brother Eric but escaped them at 13 and went to Gotham. Her brother stayed though, fully standing behind the League's codex and teachings. She got taken in by Deathstroke as an apprentice and during that time met Jason Todd, who was Robin at that time. After Jason's death, she understood that Deathstroke's ways were wrong and left him. She was 18-19 then. The other members of the Batfamily helped her adjust to a normal life. Jason's death hit her pretty hard, since he was her first real friend. She ended up spiraling into depression and anxiety but the Batfamily was helping her, especially Dick and Barbara. She created the vigilante persona 'Arcane' during that time. When Jason came back from the dead and they reunited, she understood his code for killing and also started following it. Jason and her confessed their feelings for eachother, became a couple, you know it. Her main goal is to get her brother out of the League and destroy it.

New Harley Quinn Tattoos
There’s already CC tattoos of Harley’s from her first movie appearance in Suicide Squad, but since there were changes made in both Birds of Prey and The Suicide Squad, I’ve made an updated version.
The changes are as follows:
Removed ‘rotten’ tattoo from jaw
Property of Joker -> Property of No One
Two instances of ‘Puddin’ being crossed out
‘Cups’ added after the word pudding
Mermaid added to the J tattoo
There’s a masc and fem version of the tattoos, and each version comes with a swatch that removes all tattoos that reference the Joker (just in case anyone wants that).
