PS: The Vallone brothers are going to be the partners of my Short Story & probably/maybe 5 Families Legacies. By making over this house I'm forcing myself to play slow so I can spend time in here before everyone moves into their partner's houses lol

Another build for my save, originally made just for my own gameplay - a corner cafe in Newcrest
I wanted something modern yet cozy, a place where sims can read a book or play chess with a friend. And of course no cafe is complete without a workspace for freelancers
I also designed the lot to flow naturally into a nearby riverside walking path, perfect for a relaxed stroll
