NEWCREST CORNER CAFE NO CC

Another build for my save, originally made just for my own gameplay - a corner cafe in Newcrest

I wanted something modern yet cozy, a place where sims can read a book or play chess with a friend. And of course no cafe is complete without a workspace for freelancers

I also designed the lot to flow naturally into a nearby riverside walking path, perfect for a relaxed stroll

Mother & Flow Wellness NO CC

city: Newcrest lot: 30x20 type: basic ID: ohnoris I built this lot while my legacy sim was pregnant. I really wanted to play through her experience of attending prenatal and parenting classes.

It’s a simple two-story space: the first floor is used for lectures and group sessions, while the second floor is dedicated to yoga and meditation.

I used the club system for gameplay.
