SIMS 4 - ALIENS - COMMUNICATIONS TOWER - BASE GAME

This is the communications tower from Get to Work, but it was originally only a world object in debug, came in only one colour, and it was 4 times the size!

Now it is a buyable sculpture, with 32 swatches...because why not? Some of the colours look similar, like the muted blues, purples, and greys, but there are subtle differences and are meant to simulate different metals.

By altering the mesh and adding all the recolours, and releasing it from Debug, this object is now Base Game compatible.

COST: 2200

FUNCTION: Talk to Objects (insane), Can be struck by Lightning

GAMEPLAY EFFECTS: Increase Bills, and Power Consumer

VENUES: Some colours, like regular greys and muted blues, may show up on newly spawned Laboratory or Science Commons lots, but not the extra colours.

📍A large three-story house, where I see a family who breeds dogs. I've set up a living space for them in the garage. I've built a training area near the lot (available in the save version) with a tool, and everything works perfectly. The third floor contains rooms for Airbnb or for renting out rooms. The yard has space for a garden/vegetable garden and flower arrangements.

Little Falls Nook

'The "Little Falls Nook" observation tower, located in the heart of the nature reserve right by the lake, has already become a local landmark. Teenagers love to gather here in the evenings, despite the many "no trespassing" signs. And it’s no wonder, as the tower offers breathtaking views of the lake and the surrounding forests. 📍A fully playable caretaker's tower for the Copperdale Forest and Lake Conservation Area. The toilet was placed outside the lot. There's a hangout area for teenagers underneath the tower.

Hillside Haven

'A cliffside oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the pier but close enough to enjoy the picturesque view.'

📍This two-story house is designed for a couple with two children. It features numerous terraces and balconies and a spacious, bright interior.
