Ultimate HARD MODE 100 BABY CHALLENGE Starter Homes

I added the Off-The-Grid, Simple Living, + Reduce & Recycle lot challenges to the Chieftain's Villa lot in Sulani to make the perfect spot for your hippie sims to live off the land & start their big family (while suffering along the way).

I then made 3 versions of this lot, depending on what level of difficulty you want to start your sims baby challenge with:

S Tier - Starting funds were reduced all the way down to Legacy Challenge levels at only $1,800. This jungle shack has juuust enough amenities to keep your sims toddlers from getting taken by social services immediately.

A Tier - This airstream trailer uses the standard 100 Baby Challenge beginning funds of $20,000 for this starter home. The children & teens will be sleeping in a tent but hey they can fend for themselves, right?

B Tier - Don’t want to suffer too much? This treehouse was built with a $50,000 budget for when you want an upgrade from your tiny trailer home.

I hope you have fun playing with your eco friendly, boho sims on this lot. Whether you want to start with the 100 Baby Challenge ultimate hard mode version or the standard start version, this is guaranteed to be quite the challenge, even before the infant update.

Harrie x Gucci | Gucci Off The Grid Treehouse

Today is the day when I can finally spill the tea on the amazing collaboration that I have had the amazibng opportunity to be a part of. This Gucci Off The Grid Treehouse build highlights the discussion about sustainabilty and enables us to think about the efforts we can make to make the world a better place, as well as the role that Gucci is taking to move towards a more sustainable and environmentally concious production line with their first ever collection made exclusively from recycled, sustainable and environmentally concious materials. 1. Download & unzip the .zip file 2. Copy the files contained within the “Build Files” folder into the Tray Folder (C:\Users\*YourUsername*\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray 3. Launch your game 4. Load the lot you wish to place the build in. 5. Enable MOO (bb.moveobjects) 6. Open the in game library 7.  Check "enable custom content" in the advanced section located on the left hand side at the bottom of the filter options. Without this selected you won't be able to see any of my cc filled builds in your library. 8. Locate the build and place

I'm a big fan of treehouses, and often make them for my sims. This is the first one, made for village witch. Good for introvert people, who enjoys of simple life.

Hey friends! Long time no play for me, so I decided to do a random build to reinvigorate my passion for the game. The result is this extremely chaotic fantasy treehouse. I’m mostly done with the exterior and still have the interior to finish, but I thought I’d share some progress pics with you all!

In my wee headcanon this treehouse been passed down through generations of a rather eccentric family and built onto by each successive one, which accounts for its odd mix of styles, woods and wacky layout.

The lot is functional as a park and has the lot traits Teen Neighbourhood, Child’s Play and Peace & Quiet. It’s completely No CC aside from a rain barrel sink I have placed at the back, but it of course uses quite a lot of packs. I’m doing my best to make sure all of the essential parts of the structure are basegame though as I think I will probably share this when I’m finished.
