World building! Text reads, “In the beginning there was just the All Father and the Darkness and the All Father spilled His seed across the sky and created the stars and the milky way. It was then that He began to realized His light and saw the form of the All Mother sleeping in the sky. His light shined upon Her and She sprung to Life, glowing from within. She welcomed the All Father and the Two moved as One making Her large with child. From the All Mother came the world and all the First People. The Two watched over the World and the People keeping them safe and watching them grow. The Darkness did so too.
Melody: So what exactly happened to this professor?
Leo: Well, it’s a stupidly long story...
Melody: Can’t you just give me the jist of it?
Leo: Alright... It was early June, just before finals. Everything about the grade-buying scandal had come out and people were angry. Ms. Glass was supposedly the worst of the bunch...
---
Leo: While the Dean was on a witch hunt, the professor met someone behind the school.
---
Leo: No one knows who she met that day. Rumor has it that she was warning one of the grade-buyers that she planned to turn them in.
---
Leo: Unfortunately, nobody warned Ms. Glass... She was later found dead, lying in a pool of her own blood.
---
Melody: Ugh, that’s horrific! So, no one knows who killed her?
Leo: Nope! In fact, the police gave up on it surprisingly fast.
Melody: *Where is the receptionist? What kind of prestigious college doesn't have staff?*
Leo:*That IS her! I thought I was seeing things, but she's really here!*
---
Leo: Uh, hey there...You're the new student, Mellie?
Melody: Huh...? LEEPO?! Oh my god!
---
Melody: It's been years! Gosh, when was the last time we hung out?
Leo: Hah, um, my 13th birthday party, I think. You pushed me off the high dive at the pool.
Melody: Hahaha, yes. That was a good day.
---
Melody: Where have you been? It's been 6 years, man. You weren't at school after summer break that year.
Leo: My baba, she got real sick. Father moved us back to St. Petersburg so we could look after her. I'm sorry I didn't stay in touch.
---
Melody: Oh, your poor grandma. Is she better now? Is that why you're back?
Leo: Ah, no unfortunately. She passed peacefully two years ago. Afterwards, we were actually going to stay in Russia, but my father decided I needed a foreign education. He still wants me to follow his path. Be a diplomat too.
---
Melody: I'm so sorry about your grandma, Leepo... But I am very happy to see a familiar face here. Is this place as hellish as it seems?
Leo: Well, you're going to make my life here hell if you keep calling me that. Just Leo, thanks.
---
Melody: Aw, no fun. But fine. What's life like here, 'Leopold'?
Leo: *sigh* Well, it's a lot more cliquey than I'd like. But I'm more concerned about the staff. Have you heard the rumors?
---
Melody: No! What's going on? Dad enrolled me here without telling me a thing.
Leo: Oh, wow. Uh, this is going to be a bit of a shock then. The school is wrapped up in a bribery scandal. Cash for grades, that sort of thing.
Melody: Okay... Colour me not surprised. Places like this run on rich kids getting their way.
Leo: No, nah. It's not just that. When news broke about it and people started to investigate... One of the professors died. The police think she was murdered.
