This au is my baby. Circus AU!
You have the Russian brothers Dmitry and Virgil, who are acrobats. They are always found together because Dmitry is blind and Virgil worries about him too much. That's another reason their act is so amazing, because Dmitry is doing all these aerial feats without vision to aid him, only Virgil and the net below to rely on. And they almost never need the net.
You have Remus and Roman, whose past is a complete mystery. Remus is a knife-thrower and stuntman, and Roman a dancer (and occasionally plays assistant to Remus).
You have Logan, the mentalist, who dazzles audiences with his eidetic memory and Sherlock Holmes-esque deductions.
Patton! He's the resident animal handler! He also makes balloon animals for kiddos! The only thing he won't touch is the tarantula Virgil found. Nope.
Thomas and Joan and Talyn! Thomas is the circus owner and ringleader! Joan and Talyn help him with the business side of things, and Talyn is their resident fashion and makeup expert.
Remy is a contortionist, and he and Dmitry and Virgil are playful rivals.
Emile plays the ever-important role of administrator. He finds them places to stay and perform, he promotes the circus around the towns they stop in, he makes sure they set up camp properly, he runs the ticket booth, basically, Emile does pretty much everything Joan and Talyn aren't already doing. He's also everyone's best friend. Like. Everyone's. He makes sure to check in with all of the acts frequently.
Also, they pretty much all have sad pasts. Anyway! Send me asks, please, I'm begging, I need to talk about this au!
