A laundry list of things that happened at TSOAF Seattle VIP

- there’s a 10 yo kiddo here who just got her first drum set this is her FIRST SHOW everyone is deeply endeared

- many jokes about ‘we were never gonna do this ever again but somehow it’s now been 20 YEARS???’

- confirmation that ‘This is the last time this will happen’ lyric from the Ocean and the Sun (2008) is a reference to Anthony saying on stage in 2006/in the DVD that they were never gonna play together again (never trust him when he says shit like that). He loves writing in references for people to pick up on and told the guy who asked about it he loves him and blew him a kiss.

- they have played these songs together for the last two days in Seattle, otherwise they have NEVER played them together in the same room - every record including Maiden has been recorded separately

- the Tacoma hardcore scene is popping, Patrick Stump was recently in town to sing with a band fronted by a high school teacher?

- advice for starting a band (for aspiring drum virtuoso): it’s like a group project, listen to everyone’s ideas, work together, but someone has to be the leader (it’s Keith, Keith is the dictator leader) and most important the more fun you have the more other people will want to join in and have fun too, so don’t worry about what anyone else is doing - just focus on having fun yourself (good advice, Steve)

hiii does anyone have the sound of animals fighting vinyl of their first album tiger and the duke? idk if this is technically lost media but in the vinyl pressings it has this story called charlemagne and penelope within the record cover. i would love to be able to read it, but

1. i cannot afford ordering a vinyl myself at this time

2. the current vinyls available for purchase that are not used do not have this story on there, so charlemagne and penelope wouldn’t be on there.

the cover of the record i am searching for looked like this, pictured below. the sound of animals fighting is a band ran primarily by rich balling and anthony green and are experimental/progressive rock.
