Hello everyone today I will give my contributions to the Fandom by making ship names for every characters shipped in existence.
Starting off with the Thea sisters!
same anon who complain about the whole yaoi and yuri fics in the fandom but im going to be a little serious about this. so i saw the previous post about the whole will x paulina ship being suck or something and it sparked something in me and i just have to say something that's been i my mind regarding the fandom, but it's not about the ship it self i don't care about it since to me that ship is just a boring hetero ship. also in this confession i am throwing full shades at a certain someone in this fandom. whether or not they get upset about it is not my problem. this is a confession blog so people can express their opinions freely here so don't come say that i have no rights to express it.
i have one simple question for that person. ...why does will have 3 romantic yaoi focus fics? im not just asking why will got three im also asking... why??
will is just a generic dude with a boring personality. the most basic white man ever. so why does he got to have romantic fics? as far as i see paulina only has like 4 romantic fics and three of them is with an oc and only one with a canon character. and this disappointed me greatly because she barely beats will by 1. she should have more romantic yuri fics than him with yaoi. there should be more yuri of her and the other girls. paulina has appear in every books, have some dynamics with the other girls and has been here for over 20 years of the series yet i rarely see any romantic fics about her. but will, this character that only appear 8 times in the series and stop appearing a few years ago gets to have 3?! how is that even possible??
is it because will is a man so he is the so called "default option" like how so many fandoms will rather make yaoi content for generic boring dudes before they even touch the female main character? paulina absolutely is boring but at least she has certain quirks and things that make her at least feel like a character. will does not. he is more boring than her and we don't know anything about him. he is a mystery (haha get it). a bad mystery because nothing about him is interesting. so why does he even gets to have yaoi fics?? surely you could add many spices and headcanons to paulina or even change her personality a little and after that pair her with one of the girls to make many interesting yuri fics like how so many fandoms give so much seasoning and ridiculous amount of lore to their basic white boy just for their yaoi fics. but oh wait i just remember that paulina doesn't have that privilege because she is a woman yeah yeah okay. a woman of color no doubt.
god this turn into a hating post oops. i don't want to used hate because the word hate is too strong for this. i just don't care about will and imo it just doesn't make sense to be making yaoi fics about him because what so special about him to have these fics? this is also as i explain before in the beginning, a full blown shade post for a certain someone in this fandom. im just piss that the dude who has nothing going on with him and have not make an appeared since 5 years ago got 3 yaoi fics while the girl who have been here from the beginning till today and she only get like what 1 single het ship and three ship with an oc and that's it. i don't want to called this as classic fandom misogyny because it's not really it but it feels and seen like it. im literally directly asking that person why does HE gets to have yaoi fics pls explain why?? like there's nothing interesting about him so why bother making yaoi fics about him?
anyway long post idc anymore its like 2 am here. tldr; who cares about will and this fandom should have way more yuri's of the girls and i hate the fact that that man gets to have yaoi fics about him because i don't think he deserves it.
