Chad Fan of meaningful kisses on the nose, on the crown of your head, on the cheeks, the hands, basically the anything but your lips. Not because there is anything wrong with them per se, he just has this weird conviction that lip-kissses are perceived as sexual and in general just not very special. Don’t ask him how he got that idea, but it’s a hill he WILL, surprisingly enough, die on.
Kisses on the lips can be expected anytime you are apart for a longer period or something very special (read dangerous) happens and he needs to make sure you are there with him to stay. Such kisses will be deep, loving and last until both of you are absolutely out of breath. Most likely followed by one or even few kisses to the temple, as a sign of security.
Beacuse each of his kisses has a meaning you will learn to tell apart. If temple is security and lips are longing, nose is playfulness, forehead represents care, neck stands for trust and hands obedience. Yagami may be a puzzle, but gods be damned if he is not the most fascinating, showstopping, incredible puzzle known to mankind.
TORU HIGASHI
Will not kiss you on the lips until the hell freezes over. In a sense kind of similar conviction to Yagami, with the small difference being - it does actually turn him on. Not the butterfly kisses of course, but he doesn’t like those. If he is to kiss you, he will do it properly. And then get horny, which just turns into this viscious cycle. In other words, the best he can do is a smooch on the corner of your lips.
That said even these ideal “proper” kisses he so glorifies are still somewhat inexperienced. Some teeth knocking here, some freezing up because he opened his eyes and got embarrassed there. ✗ it had been something that he had been debating for the past couple of weeks; should he reveal his face covering to you? it wasn’t as if there was some horrible scar that he was trying to hide, or that he was even trying to hide his actual face from you, but it was more of the fact that he was nervous about what your reaction would be. would you laugh at him? would you never speak to him again? what if you thought he was ugly?
✗ tsukumo has never been one to think too much about his appearances and how others perceive him, but when it came to you, everything about that suddenly changed. he wanted you to look at him and think like his fans would, that he was “perfect”, (he knows he truly is not, and hates the standard that was pushed onto him, but he can’t help the fact that he still lives by it sometimes).
✗ for you, it was a bit hard to try to figure out what had been wrong with him for these past weeks. for some reason, he seemed to be almost...avoiding you? you would admit, it hurt a little bit; had you done something wrong? had you done something to upset him?

✗ it isn’t until he actually sits down in his cell that he finally processes what just happened, and honestly, he really just malfunctioned, (for lack of a better term). it was almost like he was a computer that had just crashed; he literally just passed out until the next morning.
✗ probably got flushed again when he saw you the next morning because he remembered what had happened the night before, (and gets questioned by honey and trois on what exactly happened LMAO).
You kept your back turned to your boyfriend/cellmate.
“I’m not speaking to you right now, Tsukumo.” The Shinobi ninja pouted underneath his mask. He removed it with one finger and placed his hands on your shoulder to kiss your cheek. You quickly shrugged him off.
“Don’t touch me. We’re fighting.”
“But Y/N, I-” You huffed, cutting him off. You were mad at him, mainly because he treated you as if you were a weak and innocent child who would never be as good as him. He refused to let you train with him and Yamato. He claimed it was because you had no skill in the areas that they were training in. Well, how else were you supposed to learn? By training! He even went so far as to say ‘It takes years of practice to become good enough to train like we do. You’re already too far behind and we can’t stop our training to teach you.’ Ugh, the nerve. It’s not like he had a deadline to meet or anything. Why couldn’t he just take one hour out of his day to teach you a few basic moves?
“You know why I’m mad at you. Go away.”
“Please, I didn’t mean it like that, Y/N, I just-”
“Then how did you mean it?” you turned around to look at him. “All I’m asking for is to learn one or two basic moves so that I can practice on my own!”
“I know, I know. It’s just that I don’t want you to get hurt.”
“I’m not a china doll. You don’t need to worry about me hurting myself every five minutes.” Tsukumo sighed and made eye contact with you.
“Y/N, the moves that you must learn in order to start out may be basic, but they require a lot of strength and willpower. You need correct preparation in order to begin training. Do you have any idea how many times I have broken bones, sprained and fractured different areas on my body? I may seem good now, but it was all from the painful experiences I had in the beginning. It’s even still painful today to be as good as I am.” He cupped your face in his hands and gave you a guilty look. “Please, I just don’t want you to go through everything that I did.”
Your annoyed look slowly went away. but you still had a small frown. You looked up into his honey-colored eyes and quietly exhaled. You folded your arms as he lowered his hands from your face.
“Then help me prepare. Help me get the preparation I need in order to start my training.” You paused. “I just want to be more involved with you. It seems that all you do is train all day and everyday. I feel like I don’t get to see you all that much.” Tsukumo’s facial expression changed to a surprised look. Then a look of realization came over him. He pulled you into a tight hug.
“Y/N, I’m sorry. So sorry. I never realized, please forgive me.” He pulled away, keeping his hands on your shoulders. “I promise that I’ll start being there for you more. I suppose that my training isn’t that important.” He had a sad look in his eyes, awaiting your response. You sighed, then slightly smiled.
“Okay, I forgive you. But next time you ditch me for training, I’m not gonna speak to you for a week.” You hugged him again, and he enveloped you in his arms and kissed your forehead.
