You know the moment that Tsunade finally retired and told Kakashi he was taking over he threw the biggest fit. He gave her a list of people who could di the job better than him, who deserved it more than him, and she just glared at him and told him to suck it up because she wasn't trusting all her hard work to anyone else

oooh... an interesting matchup for sure!
i’ve never really considered this one, but i think it has pros and cons
pros: i think a would respect the hell out of tsunade and vice versa; they’re both strong shinobi who care deeply about protecting their respective villages and would likely work well together on a diplomatic level.
cons: i think they’d butt heads a lot because they are a little too similar, lol. i also think tsunade’s scars are too deep for her to fully give herself over to another person. no i’m not projecting onto her stop.
overall, a solid fwb relationship when one is visiting the other’s village, with plenty of friendship and laughter that lasts well beyond their physical relationship, even if it never becomes any deeper than that.

[ 参道 / approach ]
[路傍に湧く湯 / Hot water gushing out by the roadside ]
搬入の準備をしながらこれを書いている。
結局24点の作品を出品するつもりだ。うち20点が新作である。
今年展示を行うのは3回目だけど、3回目にして、これまでとはまた違う方向性を打ち出すことができたと思う。（今回の作品群を思うと、前回2回はある種過渡期的な雰囲気があった）
特に大きく変わったのは、一作品に向き合う時間である。
制作の後半、大きめの絵具を用いた作品が複数立ち上がった。それぞれ30分も掛からず仕上げたものである。
Pik君と一緒に展示をすることになったときから時間をかけないドローイングを中心とする算段ではあったけれども、その心がけが転じてタブローの時短にも繋がっていったのは予期せぬ展開であった。
実際Pik君と作品を並べてどういう効果になるかはわからないけど、自分としては、次にも繋がるいい制作が、この機会を通じてできたと思う。

大分は山に温泉に海に、地形に富んだ土地柄からか、あるいは古くからの修験道の伝統からか、どこを歩いてもそこに土臭い風土と、呪術的な気配を見出せる。
Wherever you walk in Oita, you can see the crude climates and magical signs that originate from the geographical features like mountains, hot springs, or seas, and the ancient tradition of Shugendo.

長崎の教会は、そのクラシックで荘厳な趣よりも、極々日本的な生活風景の中に西洋式の「教会」が自然に馴染んでいるところに面白さがある。
Churches in Nagasaki are more interesting because the western style church naturally blends in the Japanese lifestyle rather than the classical and solemn atmosphere.
