Alright, so this is basically what I pound out in 30 mins on the #elliptical. The photo I snagged was just after my workout during the automatic 5-minute cool down. I generally kill 5 miles, with about 10 mph average pace. It's not quite the same as a #treadmill, but it's close. And by the way, I can kill that too, not to mention a 5-miler on the road in #Tucson with heat blazing. I look back on where I was a year ago, and I'm amazed at myself.
