Tuesday Stuff

I am working two days this week as yesterday was a holiday and I’m off Thursday and Friday for a whirlwind excursion to LA.

Dropped Marple off at the vet this morning for her teeth cleaning appointment. She’s such a good girl — ate all of her food before last night’s cutoff. Drank the water I urged on her this morning before that cutoff. Took her med and did all of her business before hopping in my car to go to the vet. We skipped a year due to all of the money we were spending on figuring out her poop issues. Took way too long — first they thought it was her knee! Am relieved that she’s getting this done and plan is to stick to yearly cleanings.

Have a low-grade headache. Combo of needing new glasses — had my exam last week but won’t get new glasses for at least another week — and I didn’t finish my coffee this morning as had to get Marple to vet.

Things I forgot today because took Marple to vet before work: my wedding ring, my water bottle, my lunch.

Got this random idea where you accidentally summoned Loki, and he does everything he can to make you suffer (how dare a mere mortal summon a god!)... And it always backfires.

Suffer....sexually? 🤔🤣 Or just like general mischief wise?

This could be a fun group exercise if anyone fancies it.

Loki's Grand Plan.

Plan: Replaces all your skin products with weird Asgardian concoctions. Reality: Your skin is more luminous than it's ever been. Rats.

Plan: Makes the strange vibrating objects in your drawer vanish. Reality: Becomes reluctantly entranced watching you touch yourself after you shrug when you see they're missing.

Plan: Makes you unable to interact with those around you. Reality: It's a nice break, innit. Introvert things.

Plan: Summons all his power to make the one most prevalent in your thoughts disappear. Reality: Suddenly your awful boss is gone, hurrah.

Plan: Decides to reveal himself in his fiercesome armoured form, terrifying your mortal mind. He bides his time, waiting until you are vulnerable and covered only in bubbles in the bath. Reality: .....💦
