even though i’ve already gone through the college admissions cycle twice (both getting into undergrad and grad school), watching my brother getting acceptance/rejection letters from colleges is nerve wracking and brings back all the memories of how stressful senior year of high school felt.
good luck to all of my high school senior followers during this crazy semester - may the admissions committee be in your favor! (and remember, even if you’re rejected from a college, it does not determine your self-worth or academic abilities).
i always found it funny when someone orders a “chai tea” because chai literally means tea and in my head, it sounds like someone is ordering “tea tea (two cups of tea??)”
or better yet: “chai tea latte” = milk tea + tea + milk coffee?? (y’all just combine all kinds of drinks together??)
jimin gaslighted mina, she was angry like her actions were mina's fault, asking "where’s the knife" and saying things like "it would be better if i was gone" or "i don’t remember what happened" u can’t tell me she meant her apology when she didn’t take accountability for what she has done.. not to mention she posted “fiction” as a way to tell people mina was lying before she deleted it
PhD life update: (AKA I’m back from my haitus)
This week has been freaking fantastic and it’s only Monday.
I passed my qualifying exam this morning and am officially a PhD candidate!!!
My first paper (pre-print) is going live on BioRXiv today!!
I hate the misconception that a person in science is always thinking logically, and has no creativity or artistic abilities. There’s actually a lot of creativity in science - that’s how we make new innovations, methods, and answer questions. There’s a lot of artistry in science because we need to be able to communicate our science to the public.
jimin isn’t sorry, she’s sorry that mina spoke about the abuse and now she has to “save” her ass and that’s all there is to say
