happy halloween! have some of the jamietrevor mpreg concept i am (maybe) gonna post for knock him up november! just need to figure out the actual direction for it past the smut :] in case i don't end up doing that, here's the whole setup!

"Dude, lemme see it."

The thing was that, for as quiet as Jamie could get when he wanted to be, he was never shy. A side effect of hanging out with Trevor for years maybe. Or maybe it was something Philly had pulled out of him, Matvei and TK and Cam and Tyson and—and everyone Trevor was still kinda getting used to that Jamie knew like the back of his hand now.

Whatever. The point was that Jamie blushing and crossing his legs and going, "Oh my God, no!" was not Jamie at all.

Trevor, sitting dangerously close to Jamie on the couch, dared to inch a little closer and tug at the helm of Jamie's shirt. He laughed when Jamie slapped his hand away. "Come on. It's just a pussy. You think I haven't seen one before?"

"It's my pussy," Jamie said, more of a whine. "I'm not gonna just—whip it out and show it to you, what the fuck?"

"I've seen your dick," Trevor argued. He'd seen in the locker room plenty of times, hanging softly between his legs as he showered off. He'd seen it hard once too, back when they lived together in Anaheim. Trevor was brushing his teeth as Jamie was coming out the shower and—well, it was just there. Standing at full attention, curtained by dark hair, bobbing as he toweled off.

"Dude, put that thing away!" he'd screeched, tossing another towel at his head. And then later, he'd laid that same towel across his bed and fucked himself on two dry, shaky fingers as he rocked his hips against the mattress and came shaking so hard he thought he was gonna fly out of his body.

It'd been a weird time, those months before Jamie moved out and then left.

"The doctor said to leave it alone," Jamie said. He wasn't even looking at Trevor anymore, his whole body facing the television screen. They'd been watching…what were they watching? Oh, it was preseason football. Trevor hadn't been paying attention. He hadn't really been paying attention to anything since the incident.

The spell had been meant for him. That fact got lost in the shuffle of Jamie being rushed to the back and the rouge magician getting tackled to the ground in the stands. But Trevor hadn't forgotten the way Jamie shoved him out of the way and took the beam straight to the chest. He had spent the rest of the stupid preseason game against the Devils wondering what kind of curse it was. Hoping it wasn't something horrible like a memory loss spell.

He supposed he should've felt relief when Coots stormed into the locker room, cackling up a storm and screaming, "Jamie's got a cunt!" But his stomach still burned even as he hooted and hollered about it with the rest of the boys.

"It won't go away if you leave it alone, you know," Trevor said, waggling his eyebrows. He'd never bore witness to a pussy curse before now, but he's obviously heard the stories. It apparently happens to the Canadian teams all the time, Cole said. The league's most passionate fans and all. Anyway, he knew what it took to get rid of it. It was very, very stupid to bring it up, let alone volunteer to do it, but—it had to be Trevor. Who the fuck else was there? He wasn't gonna let fucking Cam do it, not without a fight.

"No. Absolutely not." Jamie had a hard look on his face, softened a bit by the way his cheeks were growing red. "Not happening."

Trevor hummed. "Sure," he said.

"Don't say it like that," Jamie groaned. "They said don't do anything to it, so I'm not. We're not."

"I said sure, Jimmy. That's all I said!"

"We're not gonna do anything," Jamie said, in a way that Trevor knew meant they were totally gonna do something.

"Okay." Trevor leaned back into the couch, turned back towards the television, and bit back a smirk.

Tropes: dead dove, magic au, crossover with your fave show (is that a trope?), celebrity (musician, actor, influencer…)au

dead dove ?? does that count as a trope? it's mostly used as a tag to be like: yeah, exactly what it says on the label (aka, other tags). so it's more a modifier/strengthener, just there to underline what's already been said. like, technically you could tag a friends to lovers fic as dead dove, bc it's just there to be like: there is a dead dove in this bag. don't eat it. and if you open this bag and are surprised or upset by the dead dove...that's on you. i've read fics that i love with this tag, and then i've seen fics with this tag that i've immediately skipped past. it really depends on what the specific dead dove is in question.

magic AU C: Neutral. A good author might be able to sell it, but a bad one will kill it deader than dead. i'm not seeking it out, but that doesn't mean it can't be good. it's not something i actively avoid but that's really all i can say about it. honestly, i can't even think about a magic AU for a fandom that doesn't already have some magic associated with it. HOWEVER. if it is a Hogwarts-specific AU, then that's a straight F. i don't read those fics and i filter them out.

crossover AU D: Not my favorite. I avoid it if I can, but it won’t necessarily put me off reading something. honestly??? i tend to filter all crossover fics out straight from the get go. but every now and then i stumble across one and it's SO good that it almost makes me re-think my feelings on the matter. and every now then i'll seek out a very specific crossover if i'm in the mood.

supernatural was always the fandom where i tended to be intrigued by the most crossover fics—they travel around the country so frequently, and there are so many detective shows out there, it's easy to wonder what would happen if bones/castle/NCIS/whoever crosses paths with the winchester's. i've read a NUMBER of fantastic criminal minds crossover fics. that's honestly probably why this trope is graded a D, not an F.

celebrity AU B: Like it. Not one of my bigger cravings, but it can scratch a certain itch if I’m in the right mood. it's not a trope i'm usually searching for, but it's usually one that i enjoy more often then not. it would depend on other aspects of the fic—like, ok, for a steddie fic i'd be more likely to read an AU of eddie as a celebrity musician meeting steve, then either of them as a celebrity influencer. but that's bc i'm less likely to read a modern AU for steddie, you feel me? but less likely doesn't mean it's totally impossible, and i've definitely read great fics in every realm of celebrity possible.
