Hannah & Chris, Camp Loughridge, Tulsa, Oklahoma - Part One
I get to work with the coolest people. I can tell, because weddings can kind of bring a rough side out of people sometimes, ya know? Even if it’s supposed to be a laid-back day, stress always tries to creep up in the form of unpredictable weather, things running behind, family drama, etc. But I feel like I must have the best of luck, because I get to photograph couples like Hannah and Chris, who were just the happiest people on the planet during their wedding day. Not only is that type of joy pleasant for everybody there that day, to me it says a lot about how awesome their marriage will be for the rest of their lives.
After a sweet first look in Camp Loughridge’s chapel, the wedding party joined us down by the water to take some photos (and do a whole lot of goofing around and laughing once it was the fellas’ turn to pose, haha).
Hannah looked absolutely stunning in Arie by Willowby, and all of the florals from Ever Something were perfect as well. Attached to her bouquet, Hannah had a ring from her grandma who passed away, along with the rings of her great grandma and great-great grandmother, which was such a special way to honor those generations before her.
Once we finished some family pictures and saw the time drawing near, the wedding party tucked back into their rooms to wait for the ceremony to begin!
