WEEK NINE This was our last week for candies and chocolate :( We made almond dragees (finished in the panner), pate de fruit (my team made pineapple), "twix" bars, gum paste, and berlingot hard candies. We got to try pulling sugar for the first time. It was very challenging and I hope I'll get the chance to try it again soon.
