"Easy for you to say," Kaori was lying on the ground, a rather sizeable burn on her arm and leg courtesy of a run in with the Agni Kais. She managed to avoid the worst of the blast but apparently not all of it. 

She winced when the water was applied, knowing from waterhealing that it'd feel a bit better soon... that didn't stop her from flinching away though, "...Thanks for the save."

If it weren't for the Avatar's timely intervention she'd probably be gone. She was getting close to something in her case, someone in the Agni Kais wanted her gone.
