Ingredients: 2 cups bone broth. 1 cup chopped kale. 1 cup sliced carrots. 1 cup chopped zucchini. 1/2 cup diced onion. 2 cloves minced garlic. 1 tbsp coconut oil. 1 tsp turmeric. 1/2 tsp ground ginger. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Coconut oil should be heated over medium heat in a big pot. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and saut until aromatic. Add the bone broth and simmer for a while. For five minutes, add the carrots and simmer. Add the ginger, turmeric, kale, zucchini, and salt and pepper. Simmer until vegetables are tender, about 10 more minutes. Taste and adjust seasoning. Enjoy while hot!
