Ingredients: 1 small cabbage, shredded. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 teaspoon cumin seeds. 1 teaspoon turmeric powder. 1 teaspoon salt. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. 1 tablespoon lemon juice. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro optional, for garnish.
Instructions: Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for about 30 seconds. Add minced garlic and saut for another 30 seconds until fragrant.
