The Dutchman is...still The Dutchman. After the fall of piracy, the ship pulled into port and converted into a coffee shop, under the leadership of the still-very-much-an-octopus-man Davy Jones. Beloved by the city for their strange appearances, they've become a tourist / thirst trap (monsterfucking is IN.) City Councilman Cutler Beckett is out for blood. Part-time realtor, part-time politician, he's determined to snatch up the prime locations of both The Dutchman and Calypso's Corner, the oldest bookshop in the city, run by the mysterious Tia Dalma.
