Instructions: Preheat your oven to 425F 220C. In a bowl, toss the turnip fries with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated. Spread the turnip fries in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fries are golden brown and crispy.
