Bombshell
It’s him—the man, the legend, the hardest friggin hero design I’ve done for this AU so far—Alec Cataldi as the Turtle. Bombshell. He’s kind of a loose cannon, just running around dropping shelters on people in the most unbelievably chaotic way imaginable, annoying both the villains and the heroes with nonstop insults and commentary on literally everything. He’s basically just a massive pain, but also surprisingly effective.
His backstory… I guess I’m canonizing him being Manon’s father for this AU, only he and Nadja are split up because they grew to a point in their relationship where they could no-longer stand each other. Alec Ticks off some guy whose idea for a game show he shot down, and the guy goes and diggs up dirt on him, finding out about his ex-wife and child. The guy gets akkumatized and creates a death trap for them both as a part of his game show thing and Alec tries to save them, but is unable to do so on his own. Lady Luck and Matagot are both unable to reach Nadja and Manon, and Master Fu determines that they need backup, so he sends Wayze to Alec so that he has the power he needs to win. Kinda a rough origin, I know, but that’s the general idea at least.
