Ok so. To do that I will need to explain something from Lobotomy Corporation.
Tl;dr Lobotomy corp is most akin to the SCP foundation except instead of a bunch of individual writers making some of the wildest shit they can imagine, its a singular team writing a universe of hyper capitalism through the lens of energy production.
Now the way they make energy is through interactions with beings called Abnornalities. All you need to know is theyre akin to SCPs except they are unkillable and generally remain static as entities (meaning they will generally not learn from mistakes and will remain themselves mentally).
The Abnormality that tusya most is attuned with (againstthe beastie's wishes) is Nothing There.
Nothing there is essentially, made up of the burning resentment towards humanity due to humanity failing them. They wish to be human and do so by taking the contents of agents and removing them from their "shell" (read: the skin). Think of it like being scooped in FNAF.
Now the point is, Tusya is akin to Nothing there because she comes from a place outside the City (or the main area the games, yes games plural) take place in. The outskirts. And she is a small part of her Mother, which is a meaty growth that exists outside the city.
She doesnt NEED to steal 'shells' to pass as a human, she is capable of looking like one. But she also is otherwise made of meat. So her plush is just a typical plush, but she has a zip in the back that reveals that if you turn her inside out, she is just yarn and felt meat and organs inside. With many eyes, many mouths, many bits of bone poking out
