ERROR:could not initialize photoshop because the preferences file was invalid (it has been deleted)

okay so this window popped up while i was trying to open photoshop 

i looked through the whole internet to find the solution, so if you will ever have this problem i'm gonna teach you how to fix it ,for both, windows and mac.. it's super easy tbh.

so all you have to do is click 

              Ctrl+Alt+Shift (Windows)

              Command+Option+Shift (Mac OS)

while opening photoshop and then click ok

TUTORIAL : How to open a GIF file in photoshop

So I've been having this problem for a while 

and after the long time of searches i found the solution.

go to File>Import>video Frames To Layers...

when a new window pops up you can't see any GIF files..

so write "*" in the search bar and click "Enter". then choose your GIF and click "Load"

then this window will pop up

select "From Beginning To End" and click "OK"

TADAAA !!
