I was rather amused to see an old post of mine about the infamous subtitling error on Doctor Who Series 9 (the one where Twelve was transcribed as saying “Oh, sh*t” instead of, I think, “Ashildr” in The Woman Who Lived) getting reblogged and brought back to life. In that spirit, here’s a very funny article from Digital Spy about other subtitles going pear-shaped.
I’m not sure which is my favourite: the weather forecast for the “Nazi ghosts” or the nature documentary on Netflix that accidentally went out with the subtitles for a stand-up comedy show!
