so I've been leisurely packing my clothes and binging criminal minds (as usual), and I'll usually watch at least 3-4 episodes in a row. this is the method I came up with to keep moving during the show, especially if I'm just vegging out on the couch! *** • 10 squats every time someone says the word "unsub" (get ready to get a booty, lol) • 10 pushups if Morgan chases and/or tackles a suspect/unsub (bonus 10 sit-ups if Hotch outright shoots them) • 10 sit-ups whenever Morgan calls Garcia "babygirl" (bonus 10 sit-ups if Morgan calls Reid "pretty boy") • 30-second plank whenever Reid is introduced as "Dr. Spencer Reid" • 30-second plank when Hotch says "wheels up" • 30-second wall-sit if Rossi mentions his failed marriages/relationships • Wall-sit or plank while the team is officially giving the profile • 20 jumping jacks if when confronting the unsub someone says "don't do this"/"you don't have to do this"/"put the [weapon] down" bonus 10 jumping jacks if the unsub surrenders instead of dying) Bonus ~intense~ mode if you really want to push yourself: • Do jumping jacks during the theme song/end credits • Do one activity of your choice whenever the team is on the jet • Add 5 reps to every move you have to do if the unsub is a celebrity guest • 20 jumping jacks every time a member of the team calls Garcia (ouch) • Run in place for 30 seconds for every chase scene
