I thought I would be ready to say goodbye. I thought I would be prepared. But that #TVDForever video made me realise 3 things. 1. This show changed my life. 2. I love it more than anything. And... 3. I'll never be ready to say goodbye. For the past season I've said 'TVD needs to end, before it turns absolutely shit' but now that it's actually happening, I'm not ready! This show literally saved me and I can't imagine my life without it! These people, these characters, I've grown so attached to them and to think that we won't ever see them again after TVD ends is a terrifying thought.

I just have no words for this... except thank you for all of these years, the joy, the laughs, the pain, the tears, everything! I grew up with this show. But one of my favorite song is "This is not the end" by Liz Longley and it fits this situation perfectly... I'm sad but also happy for these 8 years. I'll never forget and I'll always be grateful. So TVD is getting canceled...

idek what to say, i already said this on twitter but before nina left i would’ve cried so hard because of this. this show was my first real fandom and it was/is my life. but i think we all saw it coming and were secretly hoping for it... it wasn’t the same without nina and the story wasn’t really getting anywhere. still, this is pretty big, without tvd... i don’t know where i would be because it started it for me; fandoms in general.

so i would really like to thank this show for everything, i know we still have season 8 but it already feels like the end...
